not exactly but NIGHTS in July, Globally and regionally, localized weather patterns also produced cooler-than-average. obviously SUN is hot so adds heat during day. but nights were cooler than normal.

1, during the first half of July 2026, certain nights in inland and mountainous regions experienced temperatures cooler than the seasonal historical average.

2, also specific individual nights in July 2026 were cooler than the historical average for that exact calendar date in certain regions.
