Have you ever “seen red” and feared what your anger might make you do?

I saw red a few times in my lifetime to the point it actually freaked myself for getting to that point , it takes a lot for me to get to that point but it can happen depending on the situation. I just met a guy around my age that just got out of jail for brutally beating up his wife and her lover , and her lover was his best friend from childhood. I put myself in his shoes and pretty much understood why he got to that point. Unfortunately not everyone can control it , why so much violence happens in this world. Have you ever saw Red and what was the reason and what happened?

In some work situations a few people were goofing around and trying to give me nonsensical answers instead of doing their (urgent) tasks, so I had to talk a bit louder.

On the street I'm afraid that one day someone stupid will push all the wrong buttons at the wrong time and will end with my fist in his face. I'm trying to avoid anything like that, of course.

I do the same as much as possible because I know fighting doesn’t solve anything unless you are defending Yourself from harm , words don’t really bother me too much , but they can if someone keeps coming at me and getting up in my face , once someone crosses that line , I will either walk away if I can , if not , I will knock them the fuck out to defend myself. I try to avoid fighting as much as possible , but it some cases that’s unfortunately all you can do to defend yourself , especially if you are cornered with no Exit.

When I get angry the lights flicker and the electrónics and appliances break. Yeah people tell me to stay chill not allowe anger get to me.

Yes, I suppress it but that makes it worse. I don't like talking about it because it makes me feel like I'm playing the victim card. So journal at forget.
