Mustang or a Challenger. Are mustangs too common?

Yeah so I'm thinking about buying a new car in the summer. I'm thinking its going to be a mustang or a challenger. The problem is however, that I see way too many mustangs here in LA, theyre everywhere and even one of my buddies has one. But its a great car, the only things I like about the challenger are its exterior and the interior space of the vehicle. Any advice on what I ought to buy? What about girls do you prefer the mustang or challenger?

Buy a car because you like it. Not because it's common or not.

FYI when a car is common that's a good thing. It means larger aftermarket for replacement parts and upgrade parts.

Challenger doesn't have the performance of the Mustang unfortunately. It's too heavy and the frame it's built on was designed for use as a luxury car.

Yeah the chassis is way too heavy but itll be easier to drive my buddies around because of the large backseat. Theyre both beautiful cars so ill have to test drive them both I suppose.

So basically you haven't even decided what you want to do with the car. The Mustang will obviously outperform it in anything that tests the car's sporting nature but the Dodge is better for playing taxi cab to your friends.

Nobody who answers this question will be able to tell you which one to go for. It's up to you to decide which of those features is more important.

They are very common but as you said they are great cars. Pick what you want your the one that's going to buying it/ using it. Girls for the most part could careless what you drive also. As long as your a great guy, the car is an extra perk.

People who don't know cars will be 50/50 split on Challenger and Mustang. People who do know cars will pretty much always go for Mustang because it was engineered better. It was designed more with performance in mind from the ground up while with the Challenger they just tried to hot rod a sedate sedan.
