Goatees haven't been in fashion since the mid-90's dude. Most girls make fun of guys who have them.
Also most girls dislike facial hair in general (especially musthaches) but there are a small percentage of girls who go nuts for a little bit of five-o'clock shadow. It looks rugged and manly.
Okay... not a girl, but in my limited bearding experienced, girls seem to like short beards more than goatees.
It honestly depends on the guy. Some look better with facial hair than others. But in general, I think a small-moderate amount looks nice if it's well-groomed.
I find that guys with beards or goatees have more confidence or they just appear more optimistic.

Some men can't pull it off and I am usually a "No" but in your case, it's a yes.
Looks good on some and bad on others. Usually I can't see it on most baby faced guys.
it suits some guys not all, but it has to be properly groomed, defiantly keep it short though.

I like stubble. Something about the feel of a guy with a little bit of facial hair is just sexy. I usually don't like goatees, but you can pull it off.
For YOU, I think it looks better when you have facial hair than clean-shaven, but most guys I would say clean-shaven.

I definitely like the clean-shaven better, but on some guys a kind of scruffy "Undone" look looks good, too. Not a fan of exactly styled beard styles usually...
