Ladies, do you ever act kind of bitchy around guys you like?

There is this girl I work with and she is confusing the hell out of me. She teases with me all the time, but in kind of a mean way. She will also bump into me intentionally and rub up against me when we walk past each other. She also somehow got my phone number and began texting me, small talk mostly. I'll joke around and kind of brag about myself and she will respond with something like.. "oh so does that work on every girl". I think its kind of cute that she acts this way but I don't really know what to think. Ohh the mind of a woman... lol

Yes I do it alot. I do it with guys that I am just beginning to get to know (test their emotional strength and social standing) as well as men I really like (challenge them to see if they are worthy of something more serious).

The key is not to bend at the beginning (in a nice way) humor her back and make it clear you are not emotionally affected by her comments. It´s better that she is bitchy than indifferent, or too nice because she feels sorry for you. So take her bitchcomments as a compliment that she is willing to challenge you.

Also a woman will be bitchy if she is attracted to you because she is scared that you might hurt her or reject her so she goes into rejection mode. If you clear those rejection obstacles and still show interest in her it will make her feel safe around you and it makes you unique amongst all other men who cry like puppies when a woman they don't know well rejects them or criticizes them.

If that girl is anything like one of my friends, she's just doing that to show that they are different from the stereotypical girl image of 'miss prim and proper,' and that you can relax with them, just like you can when you're with your boys.

Just be up front with her and say something like, "I think I'm interested in the real you, so when you're with me, just be yourself."

I personally act like a total bitch to guys I like. Well, actually I go back and forth between being really bitchy and really nice.

i certainly don't mean too, but I've been told that I given off pretty hostile vibes to guys actually really like, I guess sometimes I just over compensate when trying not to blush and giggle like an idiot in front of them.
