What does it mean when a guy intentionally shows you his stomach and tan lines on his pelvis?

do you think it means anything? he's trying to show his tan lines so he lightly pulls the top of his pants down so you can see the tan line. I'm just like, are you trying to tease me? because its really working. or is he really just trying to show that the sun changed his skin color? lol idk

also when guys go out of their way to lift up their shirts in front of you in really random places (different guy but he did it in the library like 3 times and in the cafeteria)
