What does it mean when a girl ask you to taste the food in her plate?

This happens to me, and I'm not sure what it means. Some girls with steady boyfriends would offer me food in their plates too, so I'm not sure it's entirely a sign of interest.

Also, what does it mean to a girl if you said no thanks when you decline the offer? I don't like tasting others' food lol.

it means its good, she's full and being nice, or it could be this evil game that some of us play where we feel the need to be wanted by all the guys and she's flirting with you and she only wants you to feel like she's out of your league...probs not the third BUT there is always that pshyco bitch out there to be careful with.
