If the spandex is not too tight, yeah it is comfortable. I personally wear underwear under them but it is person by person. I know people who do not.

I couldn't care less that guys stare, it is not like they are groping me or any thing, spandex are quick, easy, and flexible.

I run, when I race the last thing I want to worry about is my under wear popping or riding my crack, so I wear them to know EXACTLY what to expect from them.

Well I wear it on the court, and with it form fitting, it doesn't get in the way. It goes with your bodies movement, and is very comfortable. Usually in games people are focusing on the ball, positions, and plays. I don't think they get a great view of your but when their in the bleachers above. Some girls wear nothing under, a thong, or just thin clothed underwear...

Yes, they're comfy. I usually wear seamless underwear with them. I think my parents would stab me to death if I ever bought a thong, not to mention they seem so uncomfortable. So seamless undies for me. Usually hipsters.

And I don't mind the tightness. Other peoples' thoughts don't bother me as long as they stay in their heads. And I intimidate guys too much for anyone that even vaguely knows me to be dumb enough to make a comment. It's strangers that I have to worry about.

spandex is comfy but not for chasing the ball cause they go up your crotch. sometimes I wear boyshort underwear or nothing at all
