What does it mean if a guy turn red around you and has a girlfriend?

At work, when I'm not around he is fine. But as soon as I come into partial view of him he turns red and can't hardly talk. But the punch is he has a girlfriend. Does he like me or embarrassed by what he thinks

Having a girlfriend has no effect on whether or not he's attracted to you. It only effects what he does about it. Sounds like he may have a big crush on you.
