What does it mean if a guy glances at your lips a lot while talking to you?

Let's say, a guy and a girl are talking, and while he's looking at her while she talks, he glances at her lips every few seconds, but then looks back up at her eyes. Some people say it means that the person is unconsciously thinking about kissing you, or does it mean something else or nothing at all? Guys personally, what do you think? Cause some guys say it has to do with oral sex...some say it's just a habit.

Well, If a girl have sexy eyes, I look at her eyes, if she have sexy lips I look at her lips and so on, ofcouse not all the time, but you look at what you like about a girl, doesn't mean anything more then that.

Sometimes I just look at her mouth / lips just as a part of listening but most of the time if I look at her lips I'm thinking about kissing her and I like her lips.
