Who is higher than an Emperor/Empress?

I'm just curious on what is higher than Emperor/Empress

depends what political or monarchal system you are talking about. kings/queens are typically the same as an emperor/empress it's just a matter of the terms used in the states they rule.

In England the Queen is more of a figure head while the actual ruling power is in Parliament and the prime minister. Similar situations play out all over the world... but again each place has different rules

I don't know, other than God lol. It is higher than a king cuz a king is over a kingdom usually meaning a country and an emperor/empress is over an empire meaning usually more than one country or parts of countries.

I'd say the Pope is higher but then Henry VIII created another section of the church because he disagreed with the pope so i'm not so sure.

This means popularly "World Emperor" The title was officially for an emperor who ruled the whole world in the Roman Empire, but it never came so far that thet occupied the whole world, but if they did the name Roman Empire would change to Sufodistic Realm. Only one person can held the title at a time because there only can be ONE world leader. Unfortunately the title was never officially introduced because the Romans realized that they never would occupy the whole world. So they never made it an official title. They sticked with emperor.
