I had this happen recently with no explanation. Not sure why this is okay, especially when there was no cheating, violence etc. Thoughts?

In my country, guys prefer girls with the same profession. This is the biggest reason I chose my job, even though I hate having to constantly prove my competence. I remember telling my parents as a teenager that I wanted to be a housewife, and they told me to forget about marrying an urban guy. I’m surprised to read that some men from other parts of the world say they want a homemaker.

Prior to this job, I worked in financial aid for ~2 years. That was my 1st time ever working in the field but before that job I was an academic advisor. Early on during training when I was on a call with a trainer, I ended up breaking down crying bc I felt overwhelmed. I ended up pushing through & the trainers let my new team know that I was doing well. Eventually ended up having higher metrics compared to a lot of people on my team. Anxiety was always there but I got *better*, I was miserable at that job though due to the workload.

Now I’m in my 3rd week working for another school remotely in FA again, this is a school I’ve been trying to get in at for almost as long as I was at my other job (mostly bc of pay). I’m training by myself with the manager & I like her so far, she keeps telling me that I’m doing a good job (I’m not asking) & she felt the need to let the whole team know that I’m doing good/picking up fast when I was introduced to them earlier this week. This job is more in depth vs the last job & she even told me that they only hire people with experience now bc of how much there is to it. When she first taught me something new, it took a few tries & I picked it up, then she teaches me something else & I get it the first try.

I made my first 2 calls today & I felt shaky, she also said nicely that the first few calls will feel like that/ it was obvious it was one of my first calls but I did a good job. I felt like a wreck + then she gave me another assignment of something I caught onto before but I ended up getting stuck this time. I was obv frustrated & it was right before I was done for the day but I just couldn’t think straight bc I felt so upset with my progress.

Am I being too hard on myself? Am I right to believe this might not be a good fit for me? I’ve been so upset since I clocked out & am dreading tomorrow.

I went on a date late August with a guy from a different country.
We really liked each other and I could tell he was into me, but distance put a strain on that.
I got a little too serious about everything once I returned home, and dismissed his suggestion to send anything exposing.
We haven't really called quits, but I can tell he has pulled back and isn't going to reach out anytime soon.
I, on the other hand, still want to have a little fun and since I like teasing a little, I want to send him something suggestive (with his consent obviously).
Is that something you/men would still be open to, even if they are closing the door on serious contact?
How would you react if someone you dated, and had sex with, would suggest sending nudes after a few weeks of barely having contact and you pulling back?

I’m not talking about inappropriate for children. I’m saying inappropriate because it’s barring the lines of n*dity and showing a little too much s*xuality to be family friendly. We’ve grown way too desensitized to opening up our s*xuality. It’s good to look cute but I don't know, this is a little far for me. Especially for the people that don’t believe in public n*dity I just think it is a respect issue. Wouldn’t let me post so I had to blur words.

Tonight I'm having a shop bought bacon and cheddar quiche for my tea. However, I usually make my own because they're pretty easy and you can fill them with all sorts of things. Sausage and mushroom is a particular favourite of mine but I'm not keen on ones with tomatoes in them.

So do you like quiche, and what type? If you've never had this eggy pie what type looks the most appealing.

Especially if it was more than a few times or even been in a relationship with.

I’m definitely not very choosy as a music lover. My musical palette is diverse and I can find something good about a song that others may find irritating. There are very few styles and artists I don’t like.

Kamala's lead in the polls has grown wider since the debate. I guess Donald's poor debate performance, along with the constant Trump/Vance lies about legal Haitian immigrants eating pets has really hurt their chances. How does this make you feel? VOTE!
