I’m definitely not very choosy as a music lover. My musical palette is diverse and I can find something good about a song that others may find irritating. There are very few styles and artists I don’t like.

I listen to different styles and find there's always something worth listening to if you care to do so, not just skipping from one song to the next.

But I also find you will always gravitate towards the songs you grew up with. What you listened to when you were a teenager or young adult is what sort of sticks between your ears.

I like a lot of music I don't like copycats and people who just bring out an old song the youngsters don't know and act like it's they're own if your going to copy something at least improve on it and don't take the credit away from people who might not have even been successful from good music they wrote or made

Nope. I grew up in the 70s-80s and was in a church choir. I'm at home listening to Mozart followed by ZZ Top then washed down with John Denver and topped with Cliff Richard and the Shadows or a side of Queen.

I like real music played by actual musicians. If it sounds like something that could be created on a laptop in 5 minutes, which 90% of popular music these days, I am not remotely interested.

Yes and no. I don't confine myself to a specific genre, but I do tend to like niche songs more than what's popular.
