This year I decided to move in with my Grandma and cousins. All my cousins are the same age, we grew up together and get along well. One of my cousins has a best friend who we see regularly and I grew quite fond of him. I had pushed my feelings to the side for a while but as our conversations with each other grew more frequent, my feelings grew. So one day, I confessed and he has also admitted to liking me too for a while.

We talked/flirted heavily with each other for like the first week after we confessed. We're both hopeless romantics, both fell hard and talked about a future together. However, he wanted to tell his best friend (my cousin) what was going on first before taking things further. Needless to say, things didn't go well. There's a 'rule' that my cousin's friends shouldn't go for close family and vice versa because in simple terms, it would complicate things. Also, I found out that this guy has a lot of issues in the romance dept and has led girls on in the past and his ex is kinda still in the picture (I've heard this from my cousins) there's a toxic pattern which he has never learned from apparently😭 He has told me that after talking to my cousin, he realised he wasn't ready to date despite his eagerness before. So we ended things on good terms and stopped talking. He's also not going to visit us as regularly.

Its been a week and my heart is SO heavy. I miss him so much. I grieve the future we could have had together cause I've literally never clicked with someone so fast.

I've talked to other close family about it and they think its none of my cousin's business, also dont understand why we can't figure things out together and believe my cousin is being manipulative. But my cousin would know his friend best right? There's also that bro code. I dont wanna ruin a close friendship.

But I don't know, should I text him? I miss talking to him, but it might further complicate an already fragile situation. Help?

The man I love and dated for a few months before he got sick, said months ago that he isn't sure we will ever get back together. However, he has steadily moved on to constantly hugging me, daily sometimes for hours long tickling me, random unnecessary touching my arm or my back, rubbing my neck, brushing my arms up and down the sides like he is trying to warm me up before I walk home in the cold. He refuses to let me hide my face when I laugh from him tickling me because I feel ugly and silly. Constantly tells me he thinks I'm beautiful. Something I can't belive myself. We often walk down the street holding hands or hugging as we walk. He even playfully tugs me back when I try to pull away. There are friend hugs and then there are something more hugs. I can't tell if he knows the difference. He ensures I eat and sleep, texts and calls. We bearly go a day apart or not in contact. However, he hasn't kissed me, or said he has changed his mind. It's SUPER complicated because his illness effects memory, knowing his own feelings, picking up on other's feelings, and even physical elements, therefore I'm not sure if all I stated above hints he might still be romantically interested or if I'm just wishful thinking. Sometimes I feel so foolish because logically he could be in love with me or interested in me but isn't ready for more yet because of the way things are for him health wise. Then there is a strong chance I'm just a huge fool. Any advice would be appreciated.

So i’ve been seeing this guy for 2 months. Our dynamic is not very intense, we’re not constantly texting but still in touch, sending reels/tiktok back& forth and talk a little everyday.
We meet each other at least twice a week for dinner or dates. Everything goes well, we had very good quality time, we go ti places and got to experience lots of new things.
I know we like each other, but i wonder how do i know if he taking me seriously? Because i’m sure i’m not the only girl he’s talking too.
In addition, He introduce me to his mom already, i had dinner with his mom & other family & relatives not once but few times,
My friends says it’s a good sign, but i still can feel he is still playing hot & cold mind games with me, and im still sure he is talking to another girls too because i caught girls be texting/calling him
so my question, is he taking me seriously? or he just do this thing to other girls?

Custards a funny thing, it's really just hot ice cream when you think about it. Some love it, others claim it's nasty gloop that destroys the taste of the pudding.

You can make it from powder or just open a can/carton of ready made stuff. Of course you can cook it from scratch with eggs cream and sugar but that's more expensive.

So how do you make custard?

If I was really angry and upset my ex would hold me tight on his lap until I strated crying like a baby.. I wasent allowed to be alone or evan hide my face.. why is that? It made me so upset I couldn't leave.

I just got braces this year actually and I hated them at first. I was even smiling without teeth showing because of them. But now I'm just trying to own them and be more confident.

I saw something on TV where a gentleman was asking people if certain things were offensive and if their names should be changed. He asked if Cracker Jacks should be changed to something like White People Jacks because "cracker" is offensive to the White Community. But is it also offensive that Jack is a boy? Do you find Cracker Jack offensive? If so, what should the name be? VOTE BELOW!

I find it interesting.

Working in medical I often work with people of other ethnicities and I've gone on a few (5 dinner dates - nothing sexual) with medical assoicates - not colleagues per se. Anyway I find some of them don't care if we go to their ethnicity / ethnic restaurants & others are completely against going to such restaurants.

The reason I'm asking is because one of them slipped up and said he'd be embarassed going to X ethnic restaurant with a white girl. Let's just say he didn't last past that comment.

Actually I feel a bit strange to my older cousin's attitudes on me since 1 years ago.

He's attitude was like :

1. There is anonymous number represent from philipine calls me in the mid of the night without giving any responds. Just silent. And suddenly ended up the call. I thought this number refers to my older cousins, because I just knew that he just already move abroad to philipines at the same times while this number calls me. And this number is such a new phone number...

Perhaps he knew my number from my little cousin that I give her my phone number. Because in this case I never give my number phone to him before. I alredy analyze and check this number phone identity but its seems like he try to hide the identity.

2. Next day after that calls, He make a instagram story with caption that he is in the condition that he has a girlfriend but at the same time he likes someone else.

3. He secretly looks at me from the distance but not too brave to looks at me directly in front of my eyes.

4. He give me some money through my sister. while he was sitting next to me. Why would he doesn't just give that money directly on me? Why while I say thank you on him he just looks awkward and doesn't brave enough to looks on me?

P. S. :He's not typically such an introvert or shy person.

Is that a sign that he has crush on me? I want to ask him about this, but I'm quite afraid about the consequences.
