at first I thought it was something sweet he was doing, it is common for boyfriends to feed their girlfriends every once in a while, when my boyfriend did it too me I thought it was the sweetest thing ever he even read me bedtime stories to go to sleep ( he loves to read bedtime stories to everyone so that part isn’t weird it’s just something he likes doing” but it’s got to the point where he told me if I can sit on his lap so he can feed me I felt uncomfortable but told myself he just wanted to be nice and I didn’t want to rude so I said yeah of course! But while he was feeding me he made the airplane noises you know like the one parents do to their little kids to make them open their mouths. I started to get weirded out but again I told myself I was overreacting I then thanked him. Sometimes he does feed me at times and calls me his little girl ( because he’s 6’1 im 5’1 not sure if this is a kink of his or because he’s taller than me” am I overreacting? Is he weird?

I’m asking to see results, how people process similar situations—not bc I’m trying to solve a problem personally. 🙂

So after me and my ex broke up about a few years later I slept with his cousin. (We shall call him Dean) I don’t regret it. Fast forward to a few years later. We live in different states and have continued to talk to each other as friends, we do send nudes and shit and we are there for each other when we’re having a bad day. I asked Dean if he feels bad that we still talk to each other even though I’m his cousin’s ex. He said no and that he guess his cousin had a chance to be a good man. We have tried to stop communicating but it doesn’t happen for long. The only excuse he gives me is that things won’t work out because of the distance and his son is in his state so he won’t leave. Does he like me or not? He also won’t say if he likes me or not.

Someone asked a post where they want to flirt with a work colleague that is merely being nice and it brought this question to my mind.

Would you date someone at work

I know a number of relationships start at work but almost as many people view dating at work as a "I don't shit where I eat" situation in that the potential hassle isn't worth the risk.

It is such some companies have completely forbid it in writing within employee contracts.

Not only does someone have to deal with the potential HR reprecussions if the one person isn't interested and the person who is interested can't take the hint / leave them alone.

But then there's the mess at work if the relationship goes south / ends badly & you have to still work together.

I personally think the idea that in the entire universe humans are the only beings capable of building structures, flight, etc is insanity.

Do you believe the ‘Shroud of Turin’ is Authentic/ Legit?

I watched a religious film with my Dad, and one of the scenes previews or insinuates the ‘Shroud of Turin.’

I seen another (based on a true story) film (The Case For Christ if anyone’s interested; it’s more data-collective, by an Atheist Journalist) once before, that also showed the cloth.

I didn’t know what the cloth was called- if it even had a name- until I had searched it up.

I read/skimmed a research article to follow this up, and apparently the major facts and mysteries/ “x-factors” by these scientists/scientist, can be summed up as:

• (X) the visual quality in photographic/ art terms
• (X) the chemical makeup
• (X) alongside the biological matter on/within the cloth

so

visual (scheme) quality: the cloth, if it were a painting was “painted” as a negative, meaning colors and shading is reversed than normal paintings or pictures, and for the time the cloth was discovered: no artist could possibly know of this method of *Paint.* Photography was not a thing.

chemical make-up and biological matter:

it appears that the print could only have been made, really, by a source of light and radiation, specifically. The dried blood also would’ve been impossible to transfer, unless again, direct radiation was involved.

Did some religious enthusiast try to make it “appear believable?” Or is the ‘Shroud of Turin’ credible evidence, of a ‘religious figure/individual,’ who transfigured in a tomb long ago?
