This question was something I thought was worth discussing. Representative Stewart from Utah said that he would be putting forth a bill to put an age restriction for social media that would require all users to be 16 and up. There's definitely a reason not to let your kids be on social media (i. e. cyberbullying, grooming risk, the issues it gives attention spans and anxiety, etc.) but there's also reasons not to forbid kids from connecting with their friends, especially if those kids are in bad situations with abusive or neglectful parents. It also brings up the interesting question of what to do for parent-run accounts that often picture or show their children online.

So where do you stand on the matter? Do you agree with Representative Stewart? Disagree? Do you think the age requirement should be lower or higher?

The coffee god. Rumor has it if you line up 8 cups of coffee around you with candles in between in the dark, this "god" will give you three of your most desires... says your spouse. You never heard of such thing and your spouse is looking at you with serious belief. They urge you to try it with them in a dark place of their/your house.

Sure, this is insane and the answer but seeing as love makes us do crazy things and with any choice we make, it could be the best choice or one we regret. You up for believing them?

Hunter Biden's legal team went on the offensive Wednesday, demanding state and federal investigations into the dissemination of his personal material — purported to be from his laptop — and threatening a defamation lawsuit against Fox News' Tucker Carlson for allegedly failing to correct false statements.

The flurry of letters to the Delaware attorney general, the Department of Justice, the I. R. S. and attorneys for Fox News and Carlson represent an aggressive new strategy for the president's son, who is facing long-running federal criminal investigations, as well as new probes promised by congressional Republicans, according to a source familiar with Biden's approach.

"This marks a new approach by Hunter Biden and his team," the source told CBS News. "He is not going to sit quietly by as questionable characters continue to violate his rights and media organizations peddling in lies try to defame him."

I’ve only just started to get to know him. We get on really well -like siblings or friends. I’m reconnecting with my dads side of the family across the globe. It’s important to me esp bc I didn’t really know my dad. I like (very lightly) gothic stuff & thought it might be kind of cool to have an old style experience where you can’t tell what time period we’re in - up to a point I guess lol

Anyhow, the cool thing here in my opinion is that at the end of the year, we have an entire book w/ pics to read, instead a bunch of random texts.

So my guy friend and I have been lowkey talking ever since high school. I say lowkey because it’s only ever been light conversations and “pictures” due to complications in our friend group. We both go to college together too and see each other almost every weekend (not romantically, just with our friends).

Sometimes during the day after class, we will go eat lunch together. Even when our group is eating lunch, we will typically sit next to each other at the table.
We recently matched on Tinder and I thought it was interesting but brushed it off. Typically, in a group setting, he doesn’t really acknowledge me much. He will still say hi to me and doesn’t act uncomfortable or anything. He is very loud and outgoing with our friend group and makes everybody laugh including me. He seems to be “touchy” with everyone else except me (unless if I ask for a hug).
One time I forgot my wallet and he offered to get something for me, which I thought was sweet.

We’ve lightly talked about hooking up but it never ends up happening. I told him that I’m a virgin, which I thought would scare him off, but he was nice and said if I ever wanted to, he would go easy and take it slow. I can't tell if he’s just shy when it comes to his feelings, or if he’s not interested at all. I’m fine if he’s not, because I really value our friendship. I’ve been receiving a lot of mixed signals lately😂

A murderer who decided in prison to identify as a woman is now insisting that she identifies as a baby.

The prison is respecting her wishes, feeding her baby food, giving her nappies and dummies. The article doesn't say who changes her nappy.

But my question is are these people hero's? The laws that protect the rights of people who transform are good but like all new laws they are open to abuse and full of faults.

Criminals know the law better than any lawyer, we need hero's like this baby to find the loopholes and problems. Only by these people exposing legal problems can we help the genuine.

Thoughts

He seems interested, he reached out to me, he let's me ask all sorts of questions & whenever I apologize thinking I say have said something wrong he says no.

But he won't ask me any questions whatsoever and it's like the conversations are stale. I've been a bit dispassionate in communicating cause it's like what is the point.

And when I ask about interesting things like his country or military service the response is there but it's written like a lecture... so I don't ask again

I'm 23 and never had a boyfriend, no sex, nothing past a peck on the lips. Not even a proper romantic kiss.

The problem is my type just isn't common (not saying I'm into "tall and muscular men" only, that's not true at all) but I'm more of an old fashioned type of gal. I've always wanted a "gentleman" whether that sounds silly or not and lookswise he's gotta look manly but neat.
