But my question is are these people hero's? The laws that protect the rights of people who transform are good but like all new laws they are open to abuse and full of faults.

He/She/It, whatever this thing is, probably thought it couldn't be charged if it identified as a baby, only problem is a baby isn't capable of committing a crime. But European prisons are so soft. It's a PRISON not the Hilton. Why's this thing getting special treatment? Eat what they serve you or starve. I do agree with you about criminals knowing the law better than lwayers because my dad is a criminal and he dug up everything he could and was advising his lawyer even. I don't know why these people just don't represent themselves. In the US you can do that.

I have a great solution to this problem. It's cheap (under $1) and fast-acting, though it IS a little loud. But it will resolve all of the problems at the same time. I can even guarantee that there will be no repeat offenses.
