Not really. How a smile is received is entirely dependent on how receptive the woman is to the smiling individual in the first place. If a very good looking and charming guy smiles creepily, she’ll laugh. If an ordinary guy she’s not interested smiles genuinely, she will still accuse him of being a creep.
