A lot of the time it's gonna be some guy you have no relation to whatsoever - you're not friends, family, maybe you've never even seen each other before. It's that this completely random guy believes that his opinion on you and how you look is not only welcome, but important to the point that you should change something about yourself just to please him and whatever idea of you or of women in general he has.
