Girls, How come some women get happy when I smile at them like all I did is smile?

If some random person was to do that to me that is smile and stuff like that I would be like um ok woah but for some women they enjoy it. Why? My friend who is apparently unattractive gets ignored by a lot of women but I don’t why?

That’s very sweet and thanks for such a nice comment. I try to be friendly to people but I observe. Most of the time people are alright but some aren’t but that’s usually a few of them. I have noticed my friend has a lot of different interactions with people than what I do. I hope my friend can improve the interactions because he’s a great guy
