My boss said it’s optional, but will it look bad anyway?

Been sick for a few days maybe a bit more bc I was getting dizzy last week but I thought it was just normal. But for three days I’ve been super sick. My dr said there is a bug making the rounds- im wondering how true this is or if they just say that every time 😂

So over the weekend, I saw a movie called Who's Watching Oliver. In the film, a gentleman named Oliver would facetime with his mama from thousands of miles away and do whatever she asked him to do. It seemed he was always trying to please her because she saved him from an abusive father. She knew this and took advantage of the situation by pressuring him to perform for her, mainly by live-streaming his encounters with females, usually prostitutes. Mama LOVED these encounters but Oliver didn't. He started feeling remorse, mainly because it usually ended tragically for the poor girls. Is your love for your mama so unconditional that you would literally do anything for her? VOTE!

I was born 96 so always felt more in between like (zillennial) maybe slightly leaning towards gen z. Just can't really vibe with millennials for some reason.

I'm just wondering if anyone else born during that time has a hard time choosing which generation they belong to?

Rising energy costs in the UK mean thousands on low incomes will struggle to heat their homes this winter. One solution being proposed is to turn buildings such as community centres, libraries, museums, art galleries into what's being coined as "warm banks". Rather than spend your evenings in your own cold home you would go and relax in your nearest warm bank.

I can see the benefits, especially for old lonely people but would you feel comfortable taking you family to one each evening to keep warm?

I'm curious when others start using terms of endearment/pet names. I use hun a lot even with people I don't know. It's just a southern thing for me. Sweetie and cutie might come out during the flirting phase. Anything else means I have feelings most likely but will use them even before dating.

This was today while singing in to check my mail and I see all this one after the other... is this so weird and sad.

So I've known this guy for a few months but we've been talking a lot more for the past few weeks. We went on a date and it was amazing! He was so respectful and a gentleman. My family saw the flowers that he got me. When I told my family about this guy, I tried to not show excitement as I'm scared of whatever this is... failing and me looking like an idiot. Today I saw him, he was acting his goofy self with our friends. It melted my heart and I actually missed him. Even though we talk everyday and see each other almost every day since our jobs are next to each other. I MISSED him and in that moment of him being his silly self... I realized that I actually adore him... I know I'm not desperate or scared to be lonely because other guys have tried to get with me but all I can think about is this guy. So am I liking him more? Or realizing that I have a crush or something on him?
