Iran said there were 4 steps US must do before any deal is signed.

1) Give Frozen Money Back

2) Israel must leave the countries they invaded

3) Allow Iran to use tolls on all ships

4) US must stop attacking Iran and lift blockade

They keep material and continue Nuclear Program

So who won? Iran gets money back and they can toll ships. That is better than before Trump started war with them.

They are still saying opposite things. I will believe it when I see it.

Julia Wolf - Last Summer (a late 2024 song, YouTube) was a recent one I discovered from 2024. Really speaks to me at this moment in my life.

Earlier this year around March was when I discovered her song In My Room (i was also late to the party in discovering that one or two year track) here in 2026. Lol.

I like her sound. It's relevant for the me, for the now. For my ongoing present.

Some folks seem even on YouTube or Reddit to feel that the main reasons Pixar lost its magic was either dilution of talent, retiring talent, and a changing audience / or even a tiring audience. Always wanting the next thing - "I've seen one CGI, I've seen one all" lol 😆

I'm impressed by certain (spoilers) aspects of the Toy Story 5 visuals on youtube from trailers etc - personally while watching those scenes muted I felt more magical listening to Julia Wolf - Last Summer (I only just discovered it) rather than say spoiler a different singer that's in the film. Anyways - I love moody tunes to my ears 👂🏻 🎧

To me, I call that "underemployment." Sure, a job is a job, but if you have specialized training and/or a degree in something and most of the added jobs out there are assembly line workers and menial labor roles, I don't see those as being job market successes.

Imagine being a seasoned software engineer or an attorney to then have to go work on a hot factory floor behind an assembly line or nailing frames together on a building. Let's say $18/hr vs $55/hr... that's a huge difference.

Yes, those jobs are more suitable for some, and there isn't anything necessarily bad about them, but for those who put the extra time and efforts to educate themselves further, that's a huge slap in the face.
