Another conspiracy theory:

The Ninth Circle is a supposed Satanic cult composed of high-ranking global leaders (corporate, government, and religious). They claim these leaders participate in Satanic child sacrifices consisting of dismemberment and consumption of the blood. They try to link both Pope Francis and Benedict XVI to this supposed group. They also claim the Italian crime syndicate 'Ndrangheta provides the children for sacrifices and that the syndicate has close ties to the Vatican, further substantiating their claims of H. H.'s involvement.

This "cult" is a focus of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, a BS group that gives way to conspiracy theories and claims them as real, posting "evidence" and trying to implicate all they can. They attempt to implicate H. H. and many Cardinals as members of this "cult."
