I think that this is solely a subjective question. It’s all about perspective, and your beliefs. I mean technically communication is a transfer and exchange of thoughts between two individuals. One could argue that as soon as someone else’s thoughts are voiced and you process them, it then becomes an extension of your own thoughts (because what they say can only be processed, skewed, or misinterpreted by your own mind) if you believe in simulation theory, then technically anybody else’s thoughts are simply an external counterpart to the simulations programming- therefore their thoughts are from the same source as your thoughts, and both individuals are just part of a larger system at play. If you believe in god, then essentially it’s all gods thoughts and you are just a puppet in the grand scheme of your creator…

I've often thought about that. What if everything I see, hear and feel aren't real. Maybe everything is a super high tech hologram? Maybe I don't really exist, I might be AI at the extreme. Things have happened in my life that defy logic or physics. It's like a time-out was called and the situation was corrected so I wasn't severely injured or killed, I have no recollection of what happened.
I'm not delusional. I can separate imagination and dreams from reality. And I don't dwell on this, it's just something I infrequently think about.

Possible yes, but likely? No. Although it's impossible to actually prove that other minds, for example, really do exist, it makes perfect sense to live as though they do, regardless of whether or not they do in fact exist.
I've had my suspicions about other people for quite some time already, because so many of them seem to be automatons, or what people who play computer games call NPC's (non-playable characters), because they just don't seem to have self-awareness. They're soulless, and like to congregate where there are others just like them, like on 'Twitter'.

Sure, but the easy answer is to slap you across the face and say you have an "overactive imagination."

If you react, then you are not as much a solipsist as you claim to be as you are fighting the very thing you claim doesn't "exist".
