People create religions to control the populaces behaviour. Afterlifes are a good way to introduce a placebo positive/negative reward.
Even if I granted you that all religions did have a hell, all that implies is that religious founders all thought that negative inforcement for pecieved wrongdoers would keep people in line.

Meaning that no amount of testimony for something that testimony would be insuffient to prove, will ever be convincing.
When people are passed out or technically dead, their minds do strange things. And often to fill in that... missing time from when they weren't conscious, their minds will create memories. Memories that typically adhere to their pre-existing beliefs.
If X-number of people being in this situations and having accounts of hell is evidence that a hell exists, then other people also being brought back from near-death /without/ claiming to see an afterlife is evidence that there isn't one, right?

Hey @CountessSarah, these are great points. The tough thing is that there is a ton of emotion tied to religious beliefs. So many feel, unnecessarily, threatened and attacked if their beliefs are challenged. Should it really be this way? Seriously, if our beliefs are as true as we profess them to be, are they not able to weather legitimate challenges and rightful skepticism? Unfortunately, many take it personally, get defensive, and lash out in blind allegiance. This said, pointing out that the lack of empirical evidence to support such a concept/place as Hell, or to point out that Hell is a human creation, will get people riled up and ready to dismiss your arguments. Remember, this isn't about logic or evidence. This is about emotions and beliefs.

I've seen this done enough times too to know that even if I do watch the video and offer a thorough rebuttal, they'll just say "Oh, I didn't agree with those bits you criticized" or "You have to also watch this video so that video makes more sense".
Or even more frustratingly they'll just divorce themselves from the video entirely because they themselves haven't watched it or don't understand it and this aren't equipped to defend the video from the criticism.

Hell isn't real, because it can't be real. I mean, just think about it. A place of ETERNAL, excruciating torment that exists for people who simply made the "mistake" of trying their best in an imperfect world, as God supposedly created them. Does that make sense to you? How could a system like this ever be considered to be just, when the punishment is so grossly disproportionate to the "crime"?

Whether or not Hell is an actual place might not be as important as what it represents to people or the ways that it affects how people live.

I think I can explain how the levitating clock works. It would almost certainly make use of the natural repulsion between two negative or two positive charges that exist within a magnetic field, and in much the same way that a Maglev train does between it and the track below. I fail to see how that clock confirms a flat earth though. Maybe you could explain that to me.

I've been to Hell and back. I had a prophetic dream in which I was thrown into the Firey Furnace of Hell, temporarily.
I objected and told the Angel that I had lived a more righteous life than that and deserved a better end. The Angel then let me out of the furnace.

No but in a relationship at I believe when we pass on it is based on our belief system. We create our own version of reality after death also meet other souls.
So if we believed we think we should be in hell because we been not nice person eg killed people or bad crimes. Wether it unconsciously or consciously That person will create that hell after death. It is a fair point that no one can know what happens after we die since no one who was dead has come back to life (I’m not speaking of cardiopulmonary arrest with successful advanced life support measures that bring someone back). You’d be just as correct to point out that we have no evidence to disprove what you say. The only evidence we have is that mankind created the concept of Hell as part of the Christian religion. This is a human construct. Sure, they might say that He’ll has always existed and that they were the first to write about it. That’s fine, but the point is that they were the ones who came up with the concept (based upon components of belief systems that predate them).
In the end, we all benefit by encouraging others to be critical thinkers able and willing to challenge beliefs that are told to them.

Seriously, let's take another situation. Say that I walked up to you on a busy street and told you that lions and bears had taken over the government and that no human beings existed any more. You might say, "but hey, wait, what about these 8 people standing next to us at the bus stop? Are you saying that they don't exist?" I could go on for hours about how the lions and bears came into power talking about the history of their conquests and the stories of what led to humans no longer existing. Yet, you could see real people standing next to us as well as others in cars, in buildings, or on the other side of the street. Just because people say things, it doesn't make them true.
Think about it, you've been conditioned your entire life to have certain religious beliefs. These have been drilled into your head and reinforced by those that you love and trust. Does this mean that anything that you've been conditioned to believe is actually true? Let's add a twist. Let's say that these "beliefs" are Satanic, Wiccan, or Mormon. Would they still be true? It can be a hard pill to swallow to recognize or acknowledge that we've all drank the Koolaid.
