Christian girls, would you date a Christian man who has been through gay conversion therapy and seen the light?

I went through gay conversion therapy in my mid 20s and have had trouble finding love ever since.

Now I'm a saved soul with a deeply intimate relationship with Christ. He has shown me his light and helped me discover mine. However, before the age of 26 when I undertook Christian gay conversion therapy, I once owned the full collection of Elton John CDs, had a Grorge Michael song as my ring tone and was even pursuing a career in musical theater.

Is there any hope for me? Or have I been tainted because I underwent gay conversion therapy?

I was a Councillor in one, it's where I met my wife. Various conversion treatments are used to help you walk on the straight and narrow path. Hours of prayer, counciling, religious study, canning, spanking, paddling, aversion therapy, Psychoanalysis, Hypnosis water boarding and marraige therapy. I've seen first hand how this works. My wife used to be a lesbian and had a secret girlfriend growing up, she was very unhappy because of it. I remember when her parents dropped her off on the first day age 15. It did hurt me to administor some of the treatments such as the spanking, waterboarding and electroshock treatment but as the pastor said don't spare the rod. My wife does enjoy being spanked now, i don't know why.

My wife and I are happily married with kids and have a good sex life, the thought of sleeping with another woman again now makes her physically sick thanks to the treatment she received and embraces Jesus and a Christian life.

I'd argue that you're more tainted by refusing and twisting the sexuality that God gave you- but I doubt most women would see it that way. I'd also point out that your sexuality is not determined by owning CDs, and that rejecting people based on their sexuality is one of the LEAST Christian things you can do.

That's what I thought but they made me do gay conversion therapy anyway. At least you can now know with confidence that I no longer drink light beer.
