Is it Wolf or Lion with the Lamb?

I don't thump the bible myself to know it all but I did ask this question for a few years already with no definitive answer.

Why is there so much residue of the lion with the lamb, and why has absolutely everybody memorized it with the lion until you show that that it isn't the lion, but today 100% of all bible translations say it is a wolf with the lamb?

Is this a mandela effect? Then why are churches trying to pretend to debunk it as if our own fault memorizes, like they try to debunk the mandela effect in all other cases, e. g. the kidneys?

the wolf shall dwell the lamb. The lion lie with fated calf (Isaiah 11:6-9). Jeremiah 5 gets all the other animal that represent Empires or People group.

All that is covered in the ESV in Isa 11:6-9 and it is more of a visualization of the Peacefulness of the Millennial Kingdom.
One way to think about it is the Ravenous and Roaring lion... the ravenous wolf that were converted will lay with the sacrificial lamb cow etc... All those glorified unto Him shall be sons and daughters of God and no longer be at enmity with Being or Creator.

Neither as the original Hebrew expression doesn't translate into modern English very well. Hence the interpolation.
