Does sinning hurt God's feeling or does God care at all?

It makes you look bad and puts those around you in a bad light. But the community itself is much bigger than you.

I am not sure, but I believe I can almost say for certain that Jesus grieves for it, though it’s not his feelings that are hurt/he doesn’t feel offended by it. The retribution W-Sinners Willa face is what he feels burdensome about.

Sinning is separating ourselves from God so it’s the opposite of love. God loves us so He hurts when we separate
