Has anyone witnessed orbs with their own eyes?

Hello everyone Since starting a new job at a psych hospital the ghost activity has been heavy. At home I am seeing orbs now. Is anyone a psychic? Or medium? I wanna understand if I could be also? Any advice is appreciated. I have always been spiritually in tune. Thanks
