How do I go about asking Venus/Aphrodite for a favor?

I feel she's the only one who can help me with this. I don't have access to a temple, because I live in the U. S. Do I have to do it outside? And I give her the offering AFTER she helps me, right? What should I offer her.

I need her to get a specific girl to find me attractive and reciprocate my feelings and be with me.

I don't wanna get into details but I will simply say that it will be a big and difficult job.

Ancient Greek is preferred, you can do it outside as well.
