Why is going to church looks like stress to some people. I've seen people dispute over the fact wether going to church is beneficial or not.
What's your take?
NB: I believe going to church is beneficial.

I am an off and on church goer. Do I feel I need to learn more, yes. But I don't put in enough time for my learning of it. Most of the time, I have slept past the time I need to get up to make it to church. It's a day after I've worked, so it feels somewhat stressful to get up and get going again.. though, I suppose it should be a priority in my life, just as work is.
