Why would the Bible condemn a good atheist but forgive a repentant killer?

I've long concluded that both the bible and religion don't make sense. Just for admitting to being married, atheists patents, some fanatic started with the nonsense of going to hell and how they fell sorry for my the poor child. Why?

So a normal, non-criminal atheist that has help others gets called foolish by the bible and condemmed/punished to lifetime in this fictitious so called "hell".

Yet a religious serial killer, child molestar or rapist that never done anything good in society but hey as long as he repents to this so called "god" or accepts it as their savior, is forgiven and accepted in some fictitious place called "heaven".

Does that even make sense? Why would the good atheist be worse than the criminal religious person?

Supposedly if this fictitious being is into unconditional love then that love should also be included to non-believers too. Otherwise if you have even one condition then it isn't unconditional love.
