Tests on three mummies found in Argentina have shed new light on the Inca practice of child sacrifice.

Scientists have revealed that drugs and alcohol played a key part in the months and weeks leading up to the children's deaths.

Tests on one of the children, a teenage girl, suggest that she was heavily sedated just before her demise.

She is preserved this well because she was frozen during sleep and kept in a dry cold condition at more than 6000 meters above sea level all this time. No other treatment was necessary.

Found in 1999 near the top of the Llullaillaco volcano, in northwestern Argentina, she was an archaeological revolution for being one of the best preserved mummies, since there was even blood in her body and her internal organs remained.

Would you have been cool with being sacrificed to the gods if you lived in that time and place? VOTE!

I do, for the same reason that "single" is a relationship status.

I never told anyone about it. I don't want to sound crazy but I don't know what to think. Is this pure coincidence or not? What would you think?

Weird event:

3 years ago, I was about to take my car to the same gas station. I usually take it in the early afternoon but I was a bit sick that day and took Paracetamol. For some reason, it felt like a weird day. The pills made me drowsy. During my sleep, I had a brief dream about my late paternal grandma. She died long ago when I was 5. She kept telling me not to go to that gas station, don't go there, don't go there. I kept asking why but she just replied ''Trust me, don't go there. I know what I'm talking. Don't go there. Take the car elsewhere''.

I woke up from that weird dream, got dressed and took my car elsewhere. Then when I got home, I found out there was an explosion at that gas station I avoided going. 2 were killed, 3 were seriously injured and 4 vehicles were destroyed. Needless to say, I was speechless. I could've been dead or badly injured had I gone there.

I don't trust other people because a lot of people are liars!, they lie about their lives because most people want to put forward the best versions of themselves, how many people do you know who are honest enough to share the hardships and disadvantages of their lives with you?, I only know a few, most other people that I have met and that I now like to rub in their successes, and make it seem like their lives are going super great all the time!.

But the truth is that this is a world of pure and infinite suffering, there is literally no such thing as perfect in this world, behind closed doors we all suffer the same way!. Yes our struggles and sufferings may differ because we have different lives but even so the main point is that every single person in this world is suffering and is struggling and is facing many countless disadvantages!. No one is living a life that is better than yours because even the ones who you think are living better than you are are facing a lot of struggles, challenges and disadvantages, that you may not even know about because most people will never be honest enough to share those with you!.

Hopefully whoever reads this will go a little easier on themselves when they are facing hardships and seek comfort in the fact that you are not alone, everyone else has their share of struggles and hardships that they are facing and so all you have to do is push through your struggles no matter how hard it gets because we all much stronger than we know!.
