I had a few Jewish professors. I didn't care for my math professor and my Arts History professor was entertaining and knowledgeable but too Lib. The only one I truly vibed with was my Religious studies professor. He was passionate, knowledgeable, entertaing and hilarious. I doubt he was Republican, but he was certainly much less Liberal and pro-Israel, than other Jewish-Americans I've met.

But I will say the stereotype about Jews being hyperactive is 100% true. And I'll admit even the Liberal one I couldn't help feel bad for, with the amount of anti-Semtism students were putting in their papers in the Art and Religious studies class. But they have no one to blame but themselves for that. But that's why I respected my Religious studies professor. I don't know if I necessarily support Zionism, but Trump was right that American Jews have forgotten who their allies are. But TRUE Jews are cool, especially the girls. I just don't like the Orthodox ones because they're assholes.

They're all very different depending on how religious they are. They can be incredibly annoying sometimes. I think they tend to not realize it or maybe not care.

They believe in family and helping people who are not assholes as a way of making the world a better place. Great work ethic. They are incredibly personable. I think jews ability to make relationships both personally and professionally are unparalleled. There's negative things but I'm sure there's going to be enough of that on this question. I feel like jews don't get enough credit for the good they bring.

You could say the same about Christians. I can't think of anything much more annoying than someone asking "are you saved?" or something. People are people.

@goaded as someone who grew up Christian and while I do agree with your sentiment, it's different with jews. Especially the ones who are a part of "the community" not saying it's a bad thing though.

I mean I've known Jewish people but I wasn't friends with them, if I know any Jewish people now I haven't been told they're Jewish and it doesn't matter anyways. All people are different according to what domination they are, same as with all religions, and how orthodox they are

I married one, but have buried many - from Hasidic to Reform Jews. They’re regular people, and in my experience good people.
Rabbis always have better jokes, both clean and funny.

It's not that lot of Jewish people become comedians, but a lot of successful comedians are Jewish. So are a lot of successful musicians and actors. Listen to Adam Sandler's "Hannukah Song".

@slatyb because a lot of jewish people happen to have excellent comedic timing. It is quite abundant among them. I live near areas with many jewish people and just normal non famous ones tend to have pretty good jokes. I think its just part if their culture at this point.

No, I think that's generalizing the problem too much. If there's genuinely people "out to get us" and are Jewish, than it just happens to be that way. As far as I'm aware, Judaism isn't a religion with the goal of ⭐world dominance⭐ or anything. Any conspiracy theory that starts like that gotta be more specific than just "the jews" lol.

Not entirely, as a man in his position, there's the chance he knows something that regular people dont. I just find it really annoying that instead of being more specific, he just hides behind the "jewish media" and "the jews" when it's obviously not every jew he's talking about. yeah pretty much the entire thing. and i think its totally irresponsible to let a celebrity of his status and notoriety to say a lot of these blatantly untrue things.

i also guarantee you that had he been a white dude saying all these things he' be cancelled a long time ago.

I have partial European Jewish ancestry and have aunts/uncles/cousins who are Jewish, including some kind of second cousin or something who actually lives in Israel. Don't actually know more than anyone else about the religion though lol. Never been in a Jewish temple or anything.

Part of my family are Jews, get on with them well, I respect their religion and they mine, if I'm staying over with them I follow their customs and practices, It is rare for any of them to stay over with me as my flat is not equipped for Kosher food preparation.

The diamond dealers I use a like family, I'll time it right to collect their lunch order as well as my own and drop it off then hand over the rocks to the boss whilst eating then drinking sweet mint tea playing dominos out back with his father

So far, I've only met one Jewish woman and she was nice to me. I had to interview her for a school paper. I don't think I can really have an opinion on Jewish people since I don't know many.

When I was a preschool teacher's assistant, we had some kids who were Jewish. One of the kids came from a Judeo-Christian family where they celebrated both Hanukkah and Christmas. Overall, they were really nice the ones I had contact with.
