Now as you see in my pro i had to ask the question is it bad to be honest in a relationship to protect and help your partner.

I love him so much and his friends are not the best people to be involved with us because they are so negative their users manipulators backstabbers and I have never done that to him and all I have done is be honest to him about some things that these people are when the time arrives.

The next issue of honesty is I'm honest with him about who he is and how he acts and behaves when he is inappropriate on when we have arguments. I mean what's the breaking up stuff like he's with me that he's not with me or he'll post on his social media that he's single women in fact he is with me but he broke up with me complication it's very hard and yes after everything you're going to read and it'll stay in your brain dump this guy.

But she is important to me and deep down I know that he is a very good man and he tries to change and he tries to show his best colors and I think with some of his friends so to say they're not really good people and they bring the worst out of him like insecurities past issues reminders it's it's hard to deal with sometimes.

But he's always telling me now like I need to stop being honest with him I need to lie.
I don't think I would be a good girlfriend or wife or friends or anything if I was not honest. I think that yes there are times to give Little White Lies like hey your cooking's good when in fact it's terrible or hey that sure looks good on you when you should set it on fire but when it comes to emotions and mental well-being and relationship issues I think it is a very good thing to be very honest.
I know I have made mistakes and I'm not the best girlfriend but I don't deserve to be dumped just because I'm honest

So basically, I’ve been working at a very low level, customer service job at a large company for the past 2.5 years and I’m bored. Recently, I expressed interest in an internal coordinator job that I didn’t qualify for, and I was initially rejected. However, with some help from a few “cheerleaders” on that team, they are now trying to create a job for me that I would qualify for, and have even begun to give me training. Basically, I wouldn’t make much more in salary than I do now, because they’re creating a junior level position for me.. but it would be new challenges and obviously I get along with the people on that team. They’re currently trying to get the requisition number approved so they can interview me.

But about a month ago, I applied for a cool job outside the company. I was eventually called back, and passed the phone screening with both the recruiter and hiring manager, and have also had one on-site interview with the hiring manager. I guess it went well, because she’s having me back next week to meet more people. It would be a bump in salary too.

It’s basically my dream job, but I feel awful because my current company is cutting me major breaks by creating this position for me, and I don’t want to burn the bridge with them. Also, one of the people on the team has been letting me job shadow her every day for the past 2 weeks. So if I go for this other job, will my relationship with her and them be soured?

I would be honest and tell them I’m interviewing outside the company, but I also don’t want to let both opportunities fall through the cracks in case i get rejected from the outside company. So should I keep being dishonest, and keep job shadowing while I secretly interview for this other position? Or should I tell them? I feel bad, because they’re working to create this internal position for me, thinking I really want it, meanwhile I’m interviewing at other places.
