Which gender is pressured more to be fit?
In my opinion, guys are under more pressure to be in athletic shape. Fit guys have much more value on the dating market than guys who are not as fit. As a slightly fit guy on the thinner side, I can definitely say dating is much better for me now that I am fitter compared to when I was skinny. Although I agree that being fit solely won't make you attractive, you need to have the whole package.

But when it comes to girls, usually the most attractive ones are not fit at all because they can still get the hottest guys. In my experience most athletic guys usually date girls who have either slim or curvy body type depending on their personal preference, but not athletic. Lots of fit girls who I know don't get guys because they lack something else. I myself rejected girls who were much fitter than me and went for less fit ones.

Of course, girls have different preferences too: those fit girls who liked me when I was skinny and not as fit as them is a good example. So what do you think about this?

OK, here’s a 19-year old girl that has a boyfriend she admires and they have been going steady for like 6 months and have known each other longer. She also has a great figure with all the right shapes in the right places. She’s not skinny nor considered overweight. When they go out both her and her boyfriend like for her to dress up but this always invites her share of attention from other guys who often stare at her hot assets and smile her way if they can do this at least somewhat discretely. What’s a girl like this to do? Ignore those guy’s attention; sneak a little smile thank you back; just openly nod and smile a thank you and enjoy the flattery; be open to a complement and conversation should a guy come up and start talking?
FYI, her boyfriend isn’t the jealous type but doesn’t like too much the complement/conversation one but can deal with it. The girl is open to the last 3 because she’s a flirt. What makes for the best relationship?
