Search Results: how often should you talk to someone

I really like this girl who works within my company, but it's someone I don't directly work with. I only see her when I visit her location, but we worked together before. We have some natural chemistry and my friend has urged me to ask her out.
Before he quit, he told her I liked her, and he said she blushed and giggled and seemed to respond well. After a few weeks, and the busy time passed, I brought it up to her. She appreciated my feelings, but it wasn't something she was looking for at that moment. She seemed happy and responded well. She did say that she'd let me know when it was something she could do.
When I told my friend, he said he wasn't surprised, but was happy we talked about it. He said her mom recently had surgery and she's been taking care of her and it's also been taking a toll on her.
She's told a few people, but hasn't told me. But she has shown me some photos of her dogs and stuff that my friend said she doesn't often do.
I'm not sure what to do or anything. Will she let me know though?
