Search Results: questions to ask on an interview

I have a job interview at Tilly's next week and people I know who worked there said that I'm guaranteed to be asked what my spirit animal is. Seems like a dumb question, but they said that my answer can make or break the interview so I'm wondering which is better.

My spirit animal is an elephant because not only are they mighty and highly intelligent, but they are also one of the most nurturing and loyal animals out there. They raise their young longer than any other wild animal and they remain with the same pack forever. They never forget and they always love.

When I was younger, I was a scared cub and suffered from serve shyness. I spent most of my school life hiding in the bathroom because of how shy I was. But over the past few years I've worked hard and concurred my shyness to become the lioness that I am today.

I feel like the lion one is better because it shows I overcame an obstacle, but it's also really risky because Tilly's is not the place for a shy person. I'm not nearly as shy as I was and I'm able to push through if I feel nervous, but the interviewer might not know that. Of course I'm going to be my bubbly self so that might help my chances. And of course wording will be changed to be more natural and what not.
