Here's the truth..."hurt people hurt people"! The young man, no matter how this goes... will be out of jail... that's our stupid system that bases decisions on "time" not "problem solved". Would you take your car to a mechanic, and he says..."took 5 hours... car released"! You ask, so the "so it's fixed right"? "No sir, spent time, send home... call us back if have more problem". WTF? So the meeting I had with the investigator for my alleged misconduct didn't go well. Not only did she refuse to address me by my pronouns but also she ended the meeting prematurely because I refused to doxx myself on camera. She already has access to my personal information anyways and govt ID can easily be forged and showing it on camera is very insecure. She told me yesterday that I can just send a written statement defending myself, which I did with the help of ChatGPT.

I've read the code of conduct and the sanction/hearing procedure, and I wonder what will I be punished with? I've already filed a human rights complaint to the government for her refusing to address me by my pronouns (idgaf if it's petty, I'll use the tranny card if forced to) and delaying the investigation until I visit my psychiatrist and receive diagnostic report. I also tried to file one to my school but my associate dean keeps ignoring me and sadly it's up to him to contact the human rights department first. I have also contacted several law firms to get an attorney and only 1 so far has contacted me back.

As for next steps going forward, it'll take up to 10 business days for the investigator to finish her investigation and sanction me. For the sanctions, they can be as mild as a warning or support agreement to being as moderate as restrictions or behaviour contract to as severe as suspension and expulsion. I'm accused of sending inappropriate messages over a class Discord server that are allegedly hateful, disruptive, threatening, harassment, discriminatory, etc. Worst I wrote was observations and questions of other people's identity markers.

* In The Witches, where 59 changes were reportedly made by publishers, a line was added to a paragraph that explains why the witches are bald underneath their wigs: “There are plenty of other reasons why women might wear wigs and there is certainly nothing wrong with that.”

These changes sparked a firestorm. Critics unloaded on the edits, accusing them of being clumsy, erasing the author’s intended meaning, and representing political correctness run amok. Acclaimed writer Salman Rushdie tweeted, “Roald Dahl was no angel but this is absurd censorship.”

A pastor who has gone viral for scolding Christians for being Beyoncé fans once tweeted she had been to one of her concerts and it was 'amazing'

Pastor Tiphani Montgomery has gone viral for berating Christians who are fans of Beyoncé, labeling the singer a "witch."

But some are accusing Montgomery of hypocrisy after uncovering old tweets in which she praises the star.

"Got a chance to catch the Jay Z and Beyoncé concert and it was AMAZING!!!" one of Montgomery's tweets from 2014 reads.

Montgomery, who calls herself a "prophet," spoke about Beyoncé's upcoming concert at a recent gathering at her ministry.

"Any of you who are going to Beyoncé's concert I rebuke you in the name of Jesus, how dare you call yourself a Christian," Montgomery said in a sermon which she shared on YouTube and TikTok.

"I don't care what pastor you got who's OK with it, I don't care what pastor you got that think it's cool, I don't care what pastor you got that sing along to the songs because they want some clout."

Montgomery also suggested Beyoncé is a "witch" by describing her fandom as a "coven."

"When a witch has a coven it's normally a small thing. Witch's covens are normally three to seven people," she said. "When it becomes thousands it's called a hive. Y'all a part of that lady Beyhive? And you call yourself a Christian? May the dealings of the lord come upon you."

Donald Trump Jr. echoed ugly right-wing attacks on Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) when he called the lawmaker ― who has an auditory processing disorder after experiencing a stroke last year — the “vegetable senator from Pennsylvania” during an episode of his “Triggered” podcast on Thursday.

Far-right Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) quickly informed Trump Jr. that Fetterman was “back in the hospital by the way,” referencing his checking in this week to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center to receive treatment for clinical depression.

“And I wish him well, I don’t mean him any harm,” the Trump scion responded.

“Yeah, no, we do wish him well,” agreed Greene.

But Trump Jr. then railed against people who have accused him of being “ableist” with his criticism of Fetterman, who had a stroke last year.

“It’s the ability to do the job,” Greene said. “We need someone that’s thinking really well.”

There’s another disgusting trend on TikTok ladies and gents. Women record themselves at the gym wearing form fitting clothing and then catch men looking their way only to yell at them to get clout on social media.

Regardless if you think men should be held accountable for looking or not, treating men like this has lead to a situation where fewer men are willing to step up and help women in need. Much like the Kavanaugh situation back in 2018, men have started backing off from women with this trend of falsely accusing men of terrible things for attention.

So to the crux of the question. We can argue people should be willing to assist if possible but can we really be expected to help as long as such false accusations are being leveraged?
