There’s another disgusting trend on TikTok ladies and gents. Women record themselves at the gym wearing form fitting clothing and then catch men looking their way only to yell at them to get clout on social media.
Regardless if you think men should be held accountable for looking or not, treating men like this has lead to a situation where fewer men are willing to step up and help women in need. Much like the Kavanaugh situation back in 2018, men have started backing off from women with this trend of falsely accusing men of terrible things for attention.
This is a skit I’ve seen popping up here and there since this trend took off. Another example I can use is…

So to the crux of the question. We can argue people should be willing to assist if possible but can we really be expected to help as long as such false accusations are being leveraged?
Also why or why not?
One last thing, for you ladies that think men SHOULD help regardless the risk, what can you say that would make men more willing to take that risk?

How should men handle this “gym creep” trend going around?
If you were filming yourself near me, I would be keeping on eye on you to make sure you were not filming me (in the background) without my consent. If I thought I was in the frame, I would be approaching you to ask you to either stop or move.
So, I don’t doubt it is easy to catch people “creeping.” If you are making a spectacle of yourself by filming in public, people are going to be watching you—or keeping you under observation (depending upon their perspective).
Imagine if you posted a “gotcha” video on YouTube in which you “caught” some guys “creeping on” an actress shooting a commercial in the mall. The director would call “cut,” the camera would pan past the boom mic operator, the lighting techs, the wind machine, the rest of the crew; then zoom in on a couple of guys standing against the wall across the food court as the director shouted, “you two! yeah, the creeps! Would you stop staring at this lady already? I’m calling the cops!” Personally, if you “catch” someone watching you while you film yourself at the gym, it seems just that ridiculous.
So, I would move. If I couldn’t move, I would approach her and ask her to stop getting me in her frame.
Seems like entrapment to me, and a perfectly innocent guy who maybe walking from one place to another piece of equipment could be shot-down for no good reason, just bc his eyes were forced to look at a girl in the gym bc of multiple women using the machines around him.
Obviously, there are some guys that need to be put in their place, bc that's their main purpose for going, but, I could see some perfectly innocent guys being caught on camera for something they never intended to do.
I guess we should don some horse blinders when we go into the gym these days.
This is the same logic people often incorrectly use when women are raped. "What was she wearing?" "Why did she go to his house?". Its interesting how many women victim blame when its a man that is the victim verses when its a woman. The person doing the wrong, is to blame here. quit the victim blaming.
@Pegases I'm not blaming them I'm actually wondering how they didn't know they were being recorded. If they camera's are hidden those girls who posted the Tik Tok could be in trouble since usually a person being recorded has to sign a consent before a video featuring them could be posted publicly. That's why I wondered if the camera's were hidden or if they knew they were being recorded.
Here's a link that gives information but basically if these guys were recorded in secret and didn't give permission to be recorded they might have grounds to sue. Especially if the recording were used for defamation of the guys being recorded. Though it would be hard to prove that if they knew they were being recorded.
I'll walk wherever I need to go to access my machine or weight. If I walk through their shot... tough sheeet.. Quit trying to cordon off a 10 foot square area of the gym.
I'll talk to the management on a regular basis and complain about it, that this is a gym, not a film studio and I don't want to be videoed by being in the background of any shot.

I'll tell her off if she says anything to me directly. I'll state everything I just said. F her privalage and entitlement that she thinks the gym is her private studio and we all need to stay out of her way as she puts cameras in the way of everything and records us against our wills.
So she is OK with wearing skin tight yoga pants that accentuate every nook and cranny of her ass and camel toe and has no problem posting it up on Tik Tok or Instagram knowing full well that a bunch of thirsty mother fuckers are going to ogle those online images and probably bust a nut or two to her image...
... but she get's pissed if a dude at the gym looks in her direction for a fraction of a second?
Does the attention whoring of these thots know no bounds?
If these women are so concerned that a man might - God save us all - check them out at a gym , then I would suggest a more reasonable style of dress such as:
It's tough to know which women are looking for clout, or genuinely need help, so it's not worth it. Go to the gym to work out, and thats it. Plus, the sad reality is that as more men see this trend take off, more men will be reluctant to help women in the gym, meaning the women looking for clout, will become more bold in their attention seeking behavior. The only way to keep women from putting you online in this day and age, is to completely ignore them.
Separate gyms for men and women. Apparently in Orthodox Jewish communities, that's already a thing.
Now of course, these goofy feminist TikTokers also have accounts on OnlyFans, so the reality is that they just want stuff to complain about. Therefore, they would probably oppose that.
