Because when you work out it releases chemicals in your brain that in short terms makes you into a jerk.

It's a sort of a primal thing that if you're pushing yourself then you might be in an incredibly dangerous situation that calls for access to untapped aggression.

Obviously, almost nobody at the gym is running around screaming at people or threatening them.

But if you talk to someone and they are less than what you might consider polite, it's because they're working out, also, you're more likely to become enraged by minor things since you're working out too.

It's similar to withdrawal from cigarettes.

Because ape like to inflate ape importance to make ape feel better about apeself. When ape have more confidence, ape feel better about apeself. Which causes ape to have motivation to do better in ape society.

Really? I think maybe by coincidence you met the cocky group. Most of the gym dudes that I know are nice and down to earth. They are positive and supportive people. The type you met probably living in their hallucination thinking that they are hot stuffs just because they lift haha. I know some like that.

Lol that's just the gym you go to. Desi said the exact opposite as you. People think PUAs are bad for example but the ones I know are the best men I ever met. They truly care about women. But ofc people will your viewpoint will never believe that becuz all you have seen is the opposite. Is what it is. Maybe that's what you attract into your life.
