The question could have been more specific.
Why do they talk to you about sex in the gym? I assume 1) you look good while squatting with panties and that turns them on. 2) you care about fitness and nutrition and even if you aren't in shape just yet, you are not lazy. You will be a good partner and they can't wait to get together with you.

Let me know if your question implies that the only reason they want you is for sex, I will write my other assumptions.

So you just don't give attention to them you just do your work out and go home. Look sex is a very hunger for human being and it have in both male and female so just males is more in this world so we think men are only for sex hunger and which not wrong by the way.
