My name is Kevin, I work with this woman named Eva. Me and Eva talk and we have a lot of fun together, but we’re not friends outside of work.

Eva had a birthday party whom she invited me and other co-workers to her house. Eva wanted to set me up with her friend Lucy, who had just got divorced. I told Eva it’s not a good idea for me to date right now. I’m in a bad financial situation, living with parents, and dealing with mental health issues.

Eva said I should still give it a try, and maybe her friend might accept me with my problems. I thought Eva maybe right, so I gave it a try. We texted a little bit after, then she went ghost. I didn’t really care and dated another girl right after. Who I felt was a better match for me. So it wasn’t a big deal!

A couple weeks later, Eva told me the reason why Lucy went ghost. Eva said she just talked to Lucy and she is not over her ex husband... and it has nothing to do with me.

Just yesterday a trusted family friend named Sarah (close friend of my aunt), who works in the same building. Called me to warn me about Eva. by the way Eva doesn’t know my connection to Sarah. So apparently Eva was talking behind my back to Sarah and other coworkers.

Eva is telling everyone that Lucy didn’t want to date me because I’m living with parents, immature, and illiterate. Eva also said “Kevin has no future with any girl out there. He won’t ever make enough money to give a woman what she wants”. Eva also explained to Sarah that Lucy wants a guy with money who can give her and her kids a good life. I feel this is very shady two-faced behaviour. Am I overreacting when I say “I fucking hate Eva” and avoid her?

When I was on an app called Live. me (it pays you to video live yourself) you can also earn money when people in the comments send you gifts do to the coins they earn. I ask one female member was she a webcam model, she kind of didn't like the comment, so I comment again saying "when I comment I mean it from the heart, I'm not fake I respect peoples videos", at least I think i said it, it's been a few days ago... anyways then she blocked me, so I made another live. me account with a different user name. in that account, i kept sending her gifts which cost the coins I've gain, after I kept doing it several times she was persistent on me to send her more, she even unblock my other account to send her more, and kept telling other people in the comments to follow me on the Live. me app. Do you think she was being shallow?

Also I didn't meant to come off as weird by asking her was she a webcam model, I just ask cause another female Live. me user is also a webcam.

Been in the dating scene for the past 7-8 years, like every guy out there at first i thought that love, compassion and attention will get you the girl, since i saw some guys making it work... turns out these guys either seriously lucked out out or had other attractive qualities "money" .

In reality the dating scene was a little more complicated than showing love and attention to get women, i once ignored a girl whom i had feelings for and for some reason she decided to not pursue anything with me any further, and i was surprised when she came to me a while later asking why do i avoid her and showing far more interest in me than before... my first ex i almost showed no interest in and never considered dating or flirting with her but after a few text messages (she messaged me) we ended up going on a date and dating for a while, my now ex acted weird and distant at first, so i ignored her, she started pursuing me harder and finally i told her i have no interest in girl who acts like she does (she is hot by the way ) ... the result? dated for 3 months, she probably even left her boyfriend to date me.

between these two gfs i met plenty of women be it at college or out of college, and what i noticed was that showing any kind of attention in women almost always led to them losing interest in me, when i acted distant and made no effort i had compliments and interest from all kinds of girls and they werent shy about showing it, showing little to no interest in women has helped me a lot and i still can't figure out why is it like that?
