My dad was absent & unreliable my entire life. I’m 21 now & I feel like it’s just now beginning to affect me. I can see it with the decisions I’ve made with guys. I seek the validation from men that I never received from my father. Have any of you experienced this? If so, how did you overcome this?

Im really learning just how influential our childhood experiences are on our current relationships. We chase the love that we’ve always known because we believe what’s familiar is better than the unknown. So if we were neglected from love as a child we tend to chase emotionally unavailable people. This knowledge blew my mind because there’s this guy that I know isn’t good for me, I really don’t even like his personality but since he’s somewhat attractive & emotionally unavailable I feel like I want him even more. I crave his love & attention & I feel like I am unworthy without it.

This knowledge makes me want to be careful that I choose the right partner before having children. At least someone that is going to actively stick around in their child’s life so they don’t have to experience this. I read that men have this issues to but it plays out differently.

So today I was on Google Earth looking over the Sinai Peninisula and I found this interesting beach called Nuweiba. I instantly thought about Moses & the Israelites being chased by Pharoh & the Egyptians to recapture them as slaves and return them back to Egypt. Now this beach I found is the only beach for miles so imagine being trapped here with no where to run or hide. No one today knows where exactly this event happened as many have assumed it took place at the Red Sea (Reed Sea) but the lowest part of the Red Sea is -1200 metres and the deepest part is -2210 metres so it would be impossible for anyone to walk across here even if there was no water there. So the question now is where did this event happen? That's If you believe it happened though of course. But still it doesn't matter if you don't believe that in Exodus as tsunamis can choose who to kill.

So the Israelites would not of have been able to cross the Red Sea but I don't know if any has thought about the Gulf of Aqaba to the left in the picture of the Suez Canal which was not around during the time of Moses (1500B. C estimate) was called Succoth and was only first being built then but at a lesser scale than it is today obviously.

So if the Israelites would of ended up this in the above picture would of have been the place as the lowest depth is less than 100 metres and the deepest depth is 780 metres. So Moses stuck out his hand with his staff and struck the sea and it split. They were baptised by the waters and the Egyptians were all killed. So I wonder if anyone has found chariot wheels here? But I doubt the Egyptian authorities would let anyone do any diving.

I wonder for the local people that live in this area of Jebel Al Laws in Saudi Arabia ever look at this moutain and yell "Why are the mountain clouds turning red?". So are Jebel & Nuweibaa connected?
