After 25 jobs and with the threat of my disability benefits being yanked from me due to having too many work attempts, I accepted fate and now I barely leave the house and remain dependent on my disability benefits. On the brightside, I am now married, so that huge burden of trying to find a wife has been lifted off my shoulders.

Now there are more profound issues that have worsened. My moods have become severe, I cannot handle being "overstimulated" with stressing situations or I fall apart, and now I have unrestrained meltdowns in public.

As I have grown older and more distant from normal life social situations, I have found it incredibly challenging to handle them. Masking my deficiencies have become increasingly difficult too. I used to be able to play it off well until I couldn't no longer and people started to notice. Now, it is always a challenge.

Without it messing with other thoughts and memories. I'm aware the brain will give me random intrusive thoughts and bring back memories I don't wanna remember due to stress, boredom, anxiety, etc. I also know that I probably can't have them permanently deleted the way you can erase files off a computer. Basic tactics like trying to disassociate emotions to it or deliberately exposing myself to them to make it go away has failed. I guess my only options now are either hypnosis, cognitive brain therapy, drugs (probably won't use them), and occultist rituals (don't believe in this).
