I do mean obese. I'm talking like 5'3 and 300 pounds obese. This was a debate topic that came up with some of my students during summer school and I was wondering what others think. Since obesity is on the rise, especially in the Western world, we need to start thinking of ways to control it. A lot of people say we can't stop someone from eating fast food or grease, but what if we could? Do you think a restaurant or any place of business that sells prepared food (not like a grocery store, but like McDonald's, Rally's, Red Lobster, Bone Fish Grille, Starbucks, Etc.) should be allowed to tell someone they won't serve them because of their health/weight? Or do you think that would be unfair treatment?

By the way, I'm not saying every restaurant HAS to do it, but legally, should they be allowed to pick and choose who they serve based on someone's obesity size?

Basically what I'm trying to explain is that- everyone finds intelligence attractive (hopefully) but what kind of intelligence attracts you more? Which do you appreciate more or fine more interesting to discuss with? Somebody who is deep and reads between the lines- or somebody who knows a lot of facts and enjoys learning about current events in politics, etc. and such?

Once more- someone more deep could have a conversation on the topic of intuition, self improvement, the psychology and feeling of things.

someone more factual could have a conversation with facts, and opinions and debating with thing that they have learned. Weather it be politics, science, or social studies.

It has been a very big topic of debate recently in France. French minister for women's rights Laurence Rossignol has said: "Of course some Muslim women choose to wear the veil, there were American "Negroes" who accepted slavery" in an interview with French media.


Furthermore, the 85-year-old Yves Saint Laurent co-founder, Pierre Bergé, also bashed the designers who cater to Muslims saying: “These creators who are taking part in the enslavement of women should ask themselves some questions”.
