I don't recall any election where a large portion of the population wants to change their vote. It may be enough to flip several states. I don't recall this being an issue in previous elections, so I don't think we have any laws regarding this. If you changed your mind on the person you voted for before they're sworn in, and there's a large enough number to feel that way, should your state hold another election before inauguration?
