Would you ever date an actor?

I recently got asked out my an actor and as sexist as it may sound it's abit of a ick for me.

He's very good at his job and works in theatre but every other man I've dated had been in some sort of skilled manual job. I just find acting emasculating and unsexy.

He asked me out in a bar on a night out. He asked for my number and said he'd love to take me out some time. I said I'd think about it and let him know.

It's just actors all seem very fake and lovey dovy. They kiss each other's arses and then stab each other in the back.

They care too much about there appearance, sleep around, usually have big egos. Theirs nothing masculine about a man reciting shakespeare in a pair of tights. I want a man who can bring me stability and fix stuff for me.

My friends say to give him a chance but he wears a little scarf and everything.

I know it sounds like I'm stereotyping but I've been round actors myself and I'm a drama school drop out it's kinda were I grew my dislike for actors from.

Plus I'm the jealous type and I wouldn't be happy with him kissing other people either.

I’ve been in theater in college, they probably do as much set building and construction as the crew. They’re good dudes, I’d definitely date an actor

I might have back in the day if I respected the work he did, but actors never really did it for me.
