Criminals, such as drug cartel leaders, rely on society to be weak and they receive huge rewards in wealth and life quality of life to treat others horrifically. To a narcissist, it is better than living poorly as a slave to society. The punishment... generally jail time. A good deal for someone who lacks empathy and relys upon the compassion of others when they have none. It's just manipulation of sick people.

Would it help to have horrific deaths for such criminals, either pre assigned or by random selection?

Forget about "cruel and unusual punishment". Laws were meant to be changed and we aren't as civilized as you'd think if we have multiple wars in the last century... "fire bombing" and wiping out hundreds of thousands in a few hours. A lot of these deaths have befallen innocent people, so can't be so bad right?

What horrible death would be fitting an awful crime you can think of.

I just watched Kong :skull Island and it's so bad first kong didn't even look like an ape it was on its feet 99% of its time, brie Larson acting was so bad I wonder why they call her up for acting thw only good, true vilian who we didn't hate only later in movie was Samuel Jackson who gave an OK performance for his acting skills. I mean I didn't watch original but I did watch king Kong and it was soo Good, do movie a d turning toward CGI more than quality or what?
