First, I have nothing against dress codes at private institutions that no one is forced to go to or attend. That is their choice to have them, and should, when and where appropriate.

I'm just wondering if in this case there is a double standard. Here's my point. Hear me out please.

If you are a female student at "Boylan Catholic High School", the following is what you "CAN NOT" wear...

And it doesn't stop there, here's more...

OK, fine and dandy so far since this is a "Private School" and should be allowed to have their own rules.

But to me here is where the "Double Standard" comes in. Here are the guys dress code rules...

They show a guy allowed to wear "Hot Pink" accents. Pink has always been considered to be a feminine color by a large percentage of the population. We can argue all day as to whether it should be, or not, but that doesn't change the fact that pink on guys can, and will, bring on a more feminized connotation by many more than almost any other color. I personally don't have anything against guys wearing pink, so don't take me wrong.. but that doesn't change my point of how it is perceived by some others.

Here is my point, and my question... why can guys come to the prom in, what many consider, feminized attire and girls can not attend in even slightly sexy dress?

Why am I thinking that the Catholic "men" leaders, who are in charge of these catholic institutions and are still to this day molesting catholic boys, making these decisions?

Am I just a conspiracy buff, imagining things again?

What do you think about the whole dress code of Boylan in general?

Cons of working there:
1. Unhealthy and unsanitary to the point of potentially contracting a once thought eradicated disease since the use of vaccines, but reestablished itself amongst the old filth that never gets cleaned. Okay, okay... I suppose that's a little over exaggerated for a fast food building.

2. The general manager is an intimidating, sexist jerkface, who enjoys acting like either a mean bully, or the complete opposite, so nice that he is infact acting like a creep and subtly flirting at me (smirking) from a distance. I am a teenager. He is a middle aged man, married with 2 kids. All I can ask is wtf?, and oh my god I feel so bad for his children, I wouldn't be surprised if this guy still uses the outdated spanking method as a punishment
One of a managers duties in the workplace is to resolve conflict if and when it arises, so what am I supposed to do when they are the only ones causing it? The only ones I get harassment from!

3. I am more exhausted than I thought a human being could physically get.
This job takes the blood, sweat and tears... my heart and soul, and all the energy storage I have out of me, until there is absolutely nothing left. And after all that they still have the nerve to tell me to go faster.

4. I asked to switch from the strenuous position I was in, onto maybe being trained for the cashier position instead?, and I was rejected the offer. I was told that to be a cashier I would have to be a faster person. Like what? All a cashier has to do is stand there and press buttons on a machine, there's hardly any bodily movement or heavy lifting at all. So dumb.

5. An attempt to contact the human resources department (which I have already tried) will result in not getting a response. Figures...
something tells me they cancelled their service due to recieving an overwhelming number of complaints, because that would honestly not surprise me.

Pros:
1. Money
2. Occasionally a hot boy will come in and order food.
3. More money
